Shipping policy

The Bloomsmith is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Be sure to double check your shipping information and contact us immediately by emailing bloomsmithjewelry@gmail.com if there is an error. If the package has already shipped, there is nothing more we can do.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing time on regular orders is 2-5 days. If you have ordered a custom or made-to-order item, orders may take up to an additional 7-12 days to be shipped. Thank you for your patience!
