Returns and exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll gladly review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Because each piece is individually handmade, slight variations and natural imperfections may occur. These details are part of what makes every Bloomsmith creation unique and one of a kind. Imperfections, should they exist, should not impact the longevity and durability of the piece, but you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions.

Sizing

All rings are sized on a standard Rio Grande ring mandrel. Please note that mandrels or other sizers may vary by manufacturer. Additionally, please note that the width of a ring's band can affect its fit, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they order the proper size.
